A powerful on-demand upgrade alternative for traditional screen printers, for customisation of promotional merchandise, bespoke gifts, industrial goods, and premium products.

This next-generation model incorporates 8 staggered print heads, and is the fastest device in the UJF product range, being 190% faster than the previous model. With a large printable bed size of 710 x 510mm, this mighty device prints on items up to 153mm in height, and supports Mimaki Device Language commands for industrial in-line automation.

Outstanding Print Quality

Sharper edges, finer lines, solid colours

Designed to deliver high-definition quality, the Mimaki UJF-7151plus II is capability of printing up to 1,800dpi, and includes advanced MFD2 (half-toning) processing functionality to precisely control ink dot placement. Plus the optional six-colour configuration, including light cyan and light magenta, dramatically widens the gamut for optimal colour reproduction and matching.

The new innovative Colour Gloss function adds a gloss finish to hardened colour inks, enabling users to create distingishing textures and beautiful details, even when printing without clear varnish. Plus, the UJF-7151plus II offers a silver ink option for stunning shiny or matt metal finishes.

Eight staggered printheads for unparalleled speed and precision

Designed for reliable and blistering non-stop customisation, the UJF-7151 plusII is equipped with eight printheads and provides the option of a dual four-colour (CMYK) high-speed ink configuration.

With its large vaccum print bed of 710 x 510mm the device easily accomodates all traditional screen print sizes, and provides the perfect digital alternative for established print players looking to modernise their operations.

For even greater performance, the machine load capacity has been increased from 10 to 30 kg, allowing users to print on heavier metal jigs and products, while maintaining pinpoint accurate positioning.

Industrial Automation Capabilities

Easily integrates into production workflows, with optional rotary unit

The UJF-7151plus II is designed specifically for integration into industrial production lines, enabling automatic printer control and communication with external 3rd party devices, and includes the Mimaki Device Language command set that conforms to Industry 4.0 requirements.

For further production flexibility, the optional Kebab MKII L unit, enables printing around the entire circumference of challenging cylindrical items, such as bottles, candles, glasses, and tubes.

With three different LED-UV ink options available, you can be sure to meet your application needs. Choose between tough inks for rigid materials, flexible inks for a wider breadth of media, or stretchable inks for corners and curves.

All offering superior adhesion, scratch resistance and colour reproduction. Mimaki’s GreenGuard GOLD certified UV inks are supplied in 1 litre or 250ml bottles and are available in CMYK, white, clear and silver.
