The Mimaki TXF150-75 direct-to-film (DTF) inkjet printer is specifically designed for those entering or expanding in the apparel decoration sector, who want a time-saving, stable and versatile garment decoration solution.

This easy-to-use device works on cotton, polyester and polyester blended materials, and on both light and dark coloured fabrics, with no screen production or weeding required.

Using OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified ink and with Mimaki reliability features built-in, you can be sure of a straightforward, consistent production process.

Flexible & Versatile

Ideal for fast small-batch production

Offering a truly versatile garment decorating solution, the Mimaki DTF is perfect for imaging onto cotton, nylon and polyester based garments, and delivers dense vibrant colours on darker or coloured fabrics.

Delivering a timesaving workflow when compared to other garment printing methods, the TxF150-75 removes the labour-intensive process of plate creation in screen printing and the required weeding in traditional vinyl heat transfer.

Ideal for small-batch production on chest, front, back, sleeves and the insides of t-shirts, hoodies, bags, caps and other promotional apparel.

In line with Mimaki’s renown reputation for reliability, the TxF150-75 includes a built-in ink circulation system and an “air-free” degassed ink pack design to ensure consistent printing is always maintained.

Plus, a nozzle check unit and recovery system further enables non-stop smooth and uninterrupted production.

Easy-to-use

Simple step-by-step production

DTF printing provides an easy time-saving production process for small-production runs or one-off creations. The design is printed directly onto a special film, then sprinkled with hot-melt powder, and once heated and dried, the image is then ready to be applied to the fabric using a heat press.
