The Mimaki TxF330-800 is an 800mm direct-to-film printer designed for professional garment decorators, combining high productivity, expanded colour capabilities and reliable production. With over 1.5× higher productivity and production speeds of up to 11.5m²/h, it provides an efficient solution for everyday garment decoration and premium apparel applications.

The new Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks expand the colour gamut, delivering vibrant graphics, smoother gradients and richer brand colours. A choice of 4C+W or 6C+W ink configurations provides flexibility to prioritise production speed or enhanced colour expression, while automated maintenance, white ink circulation and the Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS) support reliable daily production.

Flexible Production and Colour

Choose between high productivity or an expanded colour gamut

The TxF330-800 offers two ink configurations to suit different production requirements. With 4C+W, production speeds of up to 11.5m²/h can be achieved in Production mode, delivering smooth solids, sharp detail and consistent image quality while providing more than 1.5 times the productivity of its predecessor.

For enhanced colour expression, the 6C+W configuration adds Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks, expanding the colour gamut by approximately 16% compared with the 4-colour configuration. The wider colour range produces smoother gradients with less visible grain, while delivering more vibrant brand colours, richer artwork, natural-looking portraits and bright, eye-catching graphics.

High-Resolution Print Quality

Fine detail, smooth colour and consistent results

The high-resolution 330 Series print engine delivers higher dot density per pass for smooth, high-density solid colours, even in faster print modes. With a minimum 4-picolitre droplet size, it produces fine detail and realistic photographic reproduction.

Mimaki’s Variable Dot and Waveform Control technologies precisely manage droplet size, shape and placement, while MAPS4 helps reduce visible banding and colour unevenness. The result is reduced graininess, smoother gradients and consistent image quality across a choice of production modes.

Reliable Production, Less Downtime

Automated ink supply and maintenance for dependable DTF production

The Mimaki TxF330-800 is engineered for reliable DTF production, helping reduce operator intervention and keep production moving. Its Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS) automatically switches to the next cartridge when ink runs low, allowing printing to continue without interruption.

Smart maintenance features reduce manual cleaning requirements and help protect the printhead, minimising downtime and maintenance demands. This supports dependable production and consistent productivity throughout the working day.

Consistent Film Feeding

Maintain stability throughout high-speed and long-run production

The TxF330-800 features Mimaki Feed Tension Technology (MFT), an advanced media transport system designed to maintain consistent film feeding without applying unnecessary tension. This helps provide stable image quality during high-speed production and extended print runs.

MFT transports film using a constant feed amount rather than under tension, helping reduce feed misalignment and maintain precision throughout production. This supports consistent image quality from the first print to the last.

Mimaki's inks deliver highly consistent results, with special colours and effects adding to the creative capabilities of your printer. NB: Not all colours are available in all inksets shown. Please consult with your supplier to confirm.
