Traditional architectural models would have historically been made by hand, with many of it’s features being produced in foam, plastic or even wood.  However, with the advancements in 3D printing technology we are able to create a 3D printed architectural model at a fraction of the cost with much quicker time-scales, compared to traditional methods.

Mimaki has announced its first ‘direct to film’ (DTF) inkjet printer, the TxF150-75, at its Global Innovation Days event. Utilising a heat-based transfer method, the printer is ideal for creating premium, customised merchandising, sportswear and various other promotional textile applications. This is the latest entry from Mimaki for the decorated apparel segment and will be making its EMEA show debut at Printwear & Promotion Live! in the UK (26^th-28^th February 2023).

Mimaki has added the TS330-1600 sublimation transfer inkjet printer to its headline ‘330 Series’ platform. Enabling both volume production and high image quality printing for the textile and dye sublimation industry, and equipped with new functions to improve stable operation, the TS330-1600 can achieve a print speed of 69sq m/h in high speed mode, with its fastest mode reaching up to 135sq m/h.

Mimaki has today announced a new 3-Litre External Ink Supply Option for the Mimaki JFX600-2513 large-format flatbed UV inkjet printer. This new ink system has been designed to enable JFX600-2513 customers to maximise production efficiency and improve automation for a more streamlined, productive print operation.
