The Mimaki JFX600-2531 features an impressive maximum print size of 2,500 x 3,100 mm, making it ideal for large-format printing. This oversized bed allows seamless direct printing onto architectural materials, including glass panels, plywood, metal sheets, and partitions. In addition, the bed is split in two, to maximise production efficiency on standard sized 8′ x 4′ boards.

Designed for industrial use, this LED UV flatbed printer ensures high-quality results on rigid substrates, reducing the need for tiling and panel joins. Whether producing decorative interiors, exhibition graphics, or large signage, the JFX600-2531 delivers precision and efficiency for high-volume production.

The innovative Toggle Print Function boosts efficiency by enabling continuous printing across two designated 8′ x 4′ work areas. The printer’s large flatbed is divided into front and rear sections, allowing operators to prepare new materials on one side while the other side is printing.

This non-stop operation significantly reduces downtime and optimises production workflows. Ideal for high-speed environments, this function ensures businesses maintain maximum output, improving turnaround times for signage, display graphics, and industrial applications.

Advanced Ink Technology

Equipped with Mimaki’s industry-leading UV-curable inks, the JFX600-2531 supports multiple ink sets, including LH-100, LUS-120 and LUS-150.

These inks offer outstanding adhesion, flexibility, and scratch resistance, making them suitable for various substrates, from rigid boards to flexible materials.

LH-100 delivers sharp detail and high durability, while LUS-120 and LUS-150 provide greater stretchability for curved surfaces. This advanced ink technology enables printers to produce durable, high-impact graphics across multiple industries.

Choice of ink types to suit your application

With three different LED-UV ink options available, you can be sure to meet your application needs. Choose between tough inks for rigid materials, flexible inks for a wider breadth of media, or stretchable inks for corners and curves. All offering superior adhesion, scratch resistance and colour reproduction. Mimaki’s GreenGuard GOLD certified UV inks are supplied in 1 litre bottles and are available in CMYK, plus light cyan, magenta, white and clear.
