Christmas 2025 Opening Hours & Last Shipping Dates

Hybrid will be closing for the Christmas break at 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025.

The office will reopen at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026.

Therefore, Tuesday 23rd December will be the last day for placing standard delivery orders to be shipped by our courier before the holidays.

Please be mindful of any potential delays in the delivery network and plan ahead wherever possible. As usual for December, the courier network will be under additional pressure, so we cannot guarantee next day delivery during this time. Please factor this in when ordering through your reseller.

Charity information

This Christmas, Hybrid is supporting Kidney Research UK with a donation to help fund the vital work they carry out.

Technical Support

In the first instance, you should contact your reseller to receive technical support, however, Hybrid will be providing skeleton, telephone based support; available on our usual number. Field engineer support will recommence in the New Year.
