Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   • Only customers who place a qualifying order for a Mimaki printer between 28th November and 31st December 2024 are eligible.
   • The competition is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 and over.
   • Employees of Hybrid Services and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Prize Details
   • The prize includes flights, airport transfers in Spain, and accommodation for up to four people in a luxury villa.
   • The holiday must be taken in 2025, subject to availability. Specific blackout dates (e.g., peak holiday seasons) may apply.
   • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for alternative rewards.
   • All flights must be booked together, and passengers must travel together from the same airport.
3. Exclusions
   • UK travel requirements to the chosen airport, parking and any additional travel costs, travel insurance, meals, drinks, personal expenses, and additional excursions are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
   • Any changes to the booking after confirmation (e.g., names or dates) will be at the winner’s expense and subject to the travel provider’s terms.
4. Conditions of the Prize
   • If the winning customer’s order is cancelled or payment is not fulfilled, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
   • The prize must be redeemed and booked before 31^st March 2025.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be chosen at random from qualifying entries after 31^st December 2024.
   • The winner will be notified by email or phone by 15^th January 2025 and must respond within seven days to confirm acceptance of the prize.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted within this timeframe, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity
   • The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including publicity photographs and media opportunities, which may feature their name and business.
7. Legal and General
   • Terms and conditions relating to the property and resort also apply.
   • Hybrid Services reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.
   • Any disputes or claims arising from the competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
