    With its winning combination of quality, high speed and innovative automated belt-fed conveyance system, the Mimaki Tx300P-1800B is specifically designed to address the need for cost-effective, short-run textile printing and sample production.

    Able to print onto a broad range of natural and man-made fabrics, the Tx300P-1800B is particularly effective at printing on sheer fabrics and modern stretchable materials, plus has an adjustable head height gap for thick, woven or raised fibre textiles. At 1.8 metres wide, with a resolution of up to 1,440dpi, this impressive digital device is capable of operating at speeds up to 50 sqm/hr.

    Belt Transfer System

    Optimum print on stretchable or thin fabrics

    The Mimaki Tx300P-1800B includes a belt media transport system that flattens the textile, making it possible to easily print onto thin fabrics and modern textiles that stretch. Perfect for the production of fashion, clothing and soft furnishings.

    This “sticky-belt” system also includes a built-in belt washing mechanism that automatically removes ink residue, to maintain belt adhesion. Plus, an improved Correct Feed Control measures belt movement to accurately manage feed length and drive rollers.

    Precision Accuracy and Reliability

    Adjustable head gap setting for thick and woven textiles

    The Mimaki Tx300P-1800MkII prints onto thicker textiles, woven patterns and raised fibre surfaces, while simultaneously maintaining precision accuracy of ink droplet placement. To enable printing on a wide variety of different fabric thicknesses the head height setting is adjustable in 0.05mm increments from 2mm to 7mm.

    Mimaki’s Advanced Pass System 4 and waveform control technology ensures rich solid beautiful print results, with no visible banding. Plus the built-in Nozzle Check and Recovery System, in combination with Mimaki’s Bulk Ink System, enables stable non-stop low-cost production.

    With a choice of sublimation, pigment, disperse, reactive or acid dye inks, the Mimaki Tx300P-1800B images onto a wider range of different fabrics than ever before. Effortlessly printing onto polyester-based materials, cotton, silk, viscose, rayon and wool, this versatile device is perfect for producing sportswear, soft signage, decor, apparel and an extensive range of fashion fabrics.

    For even more flexibility, the Tx300P-1800B offers the unique dual capability to use both pigment and dye-sublimation inks within the same device.

    Mimaki's inks deliver highly consistent results, with special colours and effects adding to the creative capabilities of your printer. NB: Not all colours are available in all inksets shown. Please consult with your supplier to confirm.
