As such, and following the government's updated guidelines, our warehouse, showroom, technical support and engineering teams will continue to operate as normal.
Naturally, our primary concern is the continued safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers, so strict measures are in place at our offices and we will only operate within the robust requirements we have implemented for our service engineers when they are working at customer sites.
Please continue to contact your authorised reseller partner for frontline technical support, machine sales enquiries and consumable orders. We are in place to support them in all aspects of the business, along with direct provision of warranty repairs, logistics and product demonstrations.
