Ad hoc support

If you decide that a support package is not the best way forward for you at the moment, we are pleased to offer a ‘Pay As You Go’ service which you can use at any time. This option comprises a chargeable call out fee, which includes travel and the first hour on site. Each hour thereafter is then chargeable. All parts are charged at the normal rate and telephone support is provided free of charge.

As the UK’s official provider of Mimaki support we strive to provide the best service possible to all users regardless of warranty status, however during busy periods we have to prioritise warranty and support package customers over those with no such agreement. This can sometimes even mean postponing a Pay As You Go visit in favour of a warranty job, even if it was logged first.

Extended Service Contract policies cannot be cancelled without prior authority from Hybrid Services Ltd. Where a direct debit is terminated by the client prior to the policy expiration date, Hybrid Services Ltd reserve the right to re-claim the full balance of the contract. In situations where service repair work has been performed on machines with un-paid policies, the customer will be liable for the full balance of parts & labour plus VAT.
